Friendly staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew. 🌟 the subway station is conveniently close by, making it super easy to get around. I'd definitely come back here - loved how perfectly located it is.

It was spotlessly clean with amiable staff from the receptionist to the house keepers. Good and amazing location, the free parking was available.

Not very good hotel, but with very friendly staff and fast wi-fi. Good choice of savoury food. Beautifully maintained and brand-new rooms with very comfy beds and wake-up service. Very clean swimming pool and unbeatable location close enough to several transport hubs, JBR Beach in Marina and the bus station.

The place is neat and the staff from the receptionist to the housekeepers are affable. Unbeatable location very close to major attractions and in a domestic area. - Within walking distance to Fatima Rasheed Mosque.

The staff was great!!! friendly. Whether one left the apartment in the morning or at noon, it was always cleaned and beds were always changed. Suitcases were brought to the room by the staff. Really great.

I liked how calm this place was and how quickly the staff responded to our requests 😊 For us, the hotel's location was great, as it was only a 10-15 minute walk from a big shopping mall.

smelt a cooking odor in the area of the reception. I think that odor is I coming from open area in the nearby restuarant. I prefer to provide a good smell of perfoume in the reception or avoid transferring the odor by blocking the recepetion from the resturant area.I prefer to provide few tea bag/coffee and little sugar on daily basis since there is available boiling water heater and some time the visitor arrvied late at the night and he needs to drink some hot drinking. I did not a reminder fo get up from recepetion

Everyone who works in the hotel is responsive and incredibly helpful. It has ideal, unbeatable setting, right by the Metro, the Supermarket and several restaurants close by, Grocery store and Shops and closeness to all types of local transport.

The rooms are a good size and come with well-equipped bathrooms and balconies, located conveniently just a 5-minute walk from a bus station in a safe neighborhood.
